You would have been given the option to purchase your photo bundle when you registered for the event. You would have been emailed a code to redeem your photo pack now that the photos are live. Please contact Sportograf directly if this hasn’t arrived at support@sportograf.com

How much do my photos cost?

You would have been given the option to pre buy your photo bundle for a discounted rate when you registered for the event. Alternatively, you will be able to purchase your photo bundle after the event for £25.

How do I order my photos?

How to order your Official Event Photos

1. If you didn’t already purchase your photo bundle, you can sign up here to be notified directly as soon as the photos are available
2. Once photos are live, visit the event photos page.
3. Enter the email address you used to register for the event (this will be the same email address that you receive your event updates emails from.
4. Verify your email address within 5 minutes of receiving the validation email
5. Follow your verification link to begin searching for your photos by:
   1. Loading a selfie – this is the most accurate way to find your images
   2. Search your bib number
6. View your images & complete your purchase.
7. Visit your account to see your photos.

I do not want to use a selfie search – how else can I find photos?

Using a selfie search is the most accurate way to find your photos. However, you can also search for your photos using your bib number, or by looking at the times you passed the different photos points.
