Move over Monet… there’s a new masterpiece in town.

The 2026 Cancer Research UK London Winter Run medal has been unveiled, and it has made its debut in a location reserved for world-famous works of art: London’s legendary National Gallery. Famous for showcasing some of the worlds most celebrated artworks, the National Galley annually forms the dramatic backdrop for the Cancer Research UK London Winter Run start line.

Starring the iconic Cancer Research UK London Winter Run polar bear, this medal is a work of art set to steal the show in collections across the country. It will be waiting at the finish line for over 25,000 set to sign up to conquer the cold along the epic 10 kilometre closed road route on Sunday 15th February.
