Marie has been supporting our life-saving research since her Breast Cancer diagnosis back in 2004, where she was prescribed Arimidex – a new drug that was developed thanks to a trial funded by Cancer Research UK. Marie began her fundraising journey just three weeks after finishing radiotherapy, and has upheld her determination to give something back time and time again ever since. She has taken part in Winter Run, and several other Cancer Research UK events:
