Cancer Research UK London Winter Run 2026 Team Challenge Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. The Host and Promoter of this competition is A.S.O. UK (“160 Falcon Road, London, England, SW11 2LN”) (the “Promoter”).
  2. The Promoter is offering eligible entrants the chance to win one (1) prize (the “Prize”).
  3. The Prize will consist of a selection of official London Winter Run merchandise items which are not available to purchase. The merchandise selection will be chosen by the Promoter and may include a combination of items such as outerwear and tops (for example: a jacket/raincoat, sweatshirt, long-sleeved top and t-shirts). Items and sizes are subject to availability.
  4. The Prize is limited to a maximum of five (5) merchandise items in total. Please note there may not be enough merchandise items for every member of the winning team. All items (including sizes) are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to determine the final selection and quantity of merchandise provided as part of the Prize.
  5. This competition is open to registered participants of the 2026 Cancer Research UK London Winter Run who are fundraising as part of a team via the official Winter Run fundraising platform (https://www.winterrun.co.uk/). Entrants must be UK residents, aged 18 years or over.
  6. This competition is not open to employees of the Promoter, or any of their affiliate companies, their immediate families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this competition.
  7. To enter, eligible entrants must fundraise via their team fundraising page on https://www.winterrun.co.uk/. The team fundraising page must receive donations during the promotional period (as defined below).
  8. The competition will run from Tuesday 3 February 2026 until 11:59pm on Monday 9 February 2026 (the “Promotional Period”). The Promoter reserves the right to extend the Promotional Period at its sole discretion.
  9. The winning team will be the team that raises the highest total fundraising amount on their official team fundraising page during the Promotional Period.
  10. Only donations made directly to a team fundraising page via https://www.winterrun.co.uk/ during the Promotional Period will count towards the team’s total for this competition. Donations made via any other platform, method, or outside of the Promotional Period will not be included.
  11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify donations and fundraising totals, and to exclude any donations that are refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid.
  12. Please note: donations made to a team fundraising page do not count towards individual fundraising reward eligibility.
  13. One (1) winning team will be selected following the end of the Promotional Period, based on the highest total fundraising amount raised during the Promotional Period.
  14. In the event of a tie, the Promoter reserves the right to decide the winner at its sole discretion, including but not limited to selecting the team that reached the tied fundraising total first during the Promotional Period.
  15. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. No cash alternative will be offered.
  16. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
  17. The Promoter will contact the winning team captain (or nominated team representative) using the contact details linked to the team account. The Promoter will notify the winning team within 14 days of the end of the Promotional Period.
  18. The winning team captain (or nominated representative) may be required to provide further information in order to claim the Prize, including but not limited to: full name, contact email address, contact telephone number, and a UK delivery address (for Prize fulfilment).
  19. If the winning team fails to respond within 5 days of notification, fails to provide the required information, or declines the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to the next eligible team in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  20. The Promoter will not be responsible for any technical issues, network failures, or issues with the fundraising platform that may result in missing, delayed or incomplete entries or donations.
  21. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude or disqualify any team or entrant where it reasonably believes there has been an attempt to manipulate, tamper with, or undermine the competition, fundraising platform or donation process.
  22. The Promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to the competition. No correspondence will be entered into.
  23. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
