“Elegant”, “Brilliantly done”, “Beautiful”, “Just perfect”.

These aren’t our words, but the reactions of the public as we shared a first look at the 2027 Cancer Research UK London Winter Run 10K medals.

Followers of our official social media channels also got their first look at the sparkly masterpieces on Wednesday evening, and the reaction was similarly enthusiastic.

Every finisher on Sunday 21 February 2027 will receive the gorgeous new main finisher medal, while those choosing the Exclusive Fundraiser option will also be awarded a bespoke second medal in recognition of their efforts to support life-saving research.

More than 16,000 people have already signed up to take part. Remaining public entries for the 2027 Cancer Research UK London Winter Run are available on a first-come, first-served basis via the official event website.
