It’s the most wonderful time of the year! That’s right, it’s time to reveal the incredible medal for the next edition of the country’s largest 10k which takes place on Sunday 25 February.

The Cancer Research UK London Winter Run is known for having sensational finish line rewards, and we are not going to meddle with tradition, with the latest design possibly the best yet.

So, behold, this is the chunky beauty that awaits over 20,000 of our brave explorers after completing a 10k challenge on closed roads through the heart of central London…

Created exclusively for the 2024 edition, the medal is only available to those who complete the challenge. It features a transparent snowflake in the centre surrounded by glittering sparkles. The isometric 3D adds to the icy theme, with a space on the back for those who wish to personalise it with their 10k time. Hmm, but it seems the ribbon is missing from our medal?
